Evaluate TNDRL

From first observation to governed automation in 30 days.

No integration. No disruption. One workflow. Real answers. Lightweight collectors run silently alongside normal work. You'll see a Workflow Twin, an Automation Readiness Score, and a governed blueprint ready for agent deployment.

The six-phase evaluation.

1
Scope
Days 0–1

What Happens

You choose one workflow to evaluate — a claims intake, reconciliation sequence, onboarding flow, any multi-step, multi-system operational process. TNDRL's team helps identify the right candidate: high volume, cross-system, known exceptions. Security review happens here. IT/InfoSec approves collector deployment.

What You Need

5–15 desktops running the target workflow. No integrations. No API access. No change management.

2
Observe
Days 1–14

What Happens

Lightweight desktop collectors deploy silently on the target team's machines. Collectors capture behavioral metadata: application switches, decision points, cross-system handoffs, timing patterns, exception routing. No screenshots. No keystroke logging. No PII. The team works normally. Nothing changes in their day-to-day.

What You See

A live behavioral data stream building in the TNDRL console. Real execution patterns emerging within days. Collection health metrics visible in real-time.

3
Model
Days 7–21

What Happens

TNDRL assembles the first Workflow Twin — a live, continuously updating model of how the process actually runs. Every step, variant, exception path, escalation route, and timing pattern is mapped. You see the real process, not the documented one.

What You See

Your first Workflow Twin in the TNDRL console. Variants you didn't know existed. Exception paths that aren't in any process doc. Learn more about Workflow Twins

4
Score
Days 14–30

What Happens

Weave scores the workflow across six weighted dimensions: complexity, variability, exception handling, rework potential, compliance risk, and interaction dependency. The Automation Readiness Score tells you what's safe to delegate, what needs controls, what needs redesign, and what should stay human.

What You See

A dimensional readiness breakdown. Not a yes/no — a risk-informed spectrum with specific recommendations per dimension. Explore the scoring model

5
Blueprint
Days 21–30

What Happens

TNDRL generates a governed blueprint: approved paths, blocked paths, escalation rules, safety thresholds, rollback triggers. This is the machine-readable spec that agents actually consume. Not a recommendation — an executable governance layer.

What You See

A governed blueprint ready for agent deployment. The complete risk picture before you commit. Every approval, escalation, and safety rule explicit and auditable. See what's in a blueprint

6
Decide
Day 30

What Happens

You now have a Workflow Twin showing how the process actually runs, an Automation Readiness Score quantifying the risk, and a governed blueprint ready for deployment. Three paths forward: deploy with TNDRL governance, expand to more workflows, or walk away with the intelligence you've gathered.

Your Choice

No lock-in. No multi-year commitment. You evaluate on a real workflow and decide based on real evidence.

What you don't need.

TNDRL evaluation is designed to remove friction. No heavy prerequisites. No change management theater. No vendor lock-in.

No API Integrations

Collectors work locally. No system access required. No credential sharing with TNDRL.

No System Access

We don't touch your backend. Collectors capture behavioral metadata only. Your systems stay locked down.

No Change Management

The team's workflow doesn't change. They work the same way. Collectors run silently in the background.

No Employee Notification Burden

Metadata collection only — no keystroke logging, no screenshots, no surveillance. No special privacy notices required.

No Multi-Month Timeline

30 days from scope to decision. One workflow. Real answers. Fast.

No IT Project Overhead

Lightweight collector deployment. Minimal IT touch. No enterprise service catalog bureaucracy.

Start with one workflow. See what TNDRL finds.

You'll have a Workflow Twin, a readiness score, and a governed blueprint in 30 days. Real evidence. Real governance. Real decisions.
